The Mississippi state tote bag features towns, cities, the state capitol Jackson, as well as some of the prominent bodies of water and land in the state. What sets this state illustration apart is that I've included the state's indigenous people and the areas they first inhabited. The original tribes included the Quapaw, Tunica, Choctaw, Chickasaw, Biloxi, Houma, and Natchez. Other tribes moved through the area but these are known as the original inhabitants.
